We’re building new social homes on Peachester Road in Beerwah.
The development will deliver 32 homes for approximately 64 people, including singles, couples, and smaller families who are eligible for social housing.

The new homes will be close to Beerwah’s shopping centre, public transport, schools, and services.
Features of the development include:
- private and communal spaces
- screening and landscaping to ensure the privacy of tenants and neighbours.
The development will be designed to:
- include a portion of accessible homes that meet the accessibility requirements of the Social Housing Design Guidelines
- suit the Sunshine Coast’s sub-tropical climate.
