Mari-Mari-Ba



Mari-Mari-Ba, meaning ‘butterfly place’ in the Yuggera language group, is a new residential complex for First Nations women and children and a place of strong cultural significance for the Yuggera and Turrbal peoples.
Built on the former Joyce Wilding Hostel site – a place of immense history and a safe haven since the 1970s – Mari-Mari-Ba brings new life to the complex while remaining a safe space for First Nations women and children.
Logan Youth Foyer expansion


This 2019 project involved expanding an existing service to 40 dwellings. A co-design approach, with the involvement of the architects right through to completion, resulted in a great project that is fit for purpose and contributes positively to the neighbourhood.

Goodna social housing


This project involved developing a 3-storey building on a 789 square metre site. The exemplar design provides great north-east orientation for all dwellings. It was completed in 2020.

Nerang apartments

This 2023 project saw the creation of a contemporary living space featuring 1 x 1-bedroom apartment and 9 x 2-bedroom apartments, all housed within a 2-storey structure. The development includes a mix of Platinum, Gold, and General level dwellings, strategically located near major transport routes and local amenities.

Caboolture social housing

Nestled in Caboolture this 2024 project delivered 20 units spread across 2 x 3-storey buildings. Comprising 15 x 1-bedroom and 5 x 2-bedroom apartments, the development includes a lift, 2 communal areas and is in close proximity to the Caboolture River, lakes and parks.
Nerang social housing

Located in Nerang, this initiative involved the construction of 2 x 2-storey buildings housing 12 x 1-bedroom units. The development includes a central communal area and offers a range of accommodation levels from Platinum to General, all conveniently close to local shopping amenities.

Goodna apartments

This 2023 Goodna project, focused on creating a mix of 7 x 2-bedroom units across 2 x 2-storey and 1 single-storey buildings. Featuring Platinum, Gold, and General level dwellings, the development has a shared communal area to the rear, courtyards with sheds to the front of the ground floor units and is in close proximity to local amenities.
Caboolture apartments

Situated in Caboolture, this 2023 project saw the construction of 2 x 2-storey buildings housing a total of 7 units, comprising 3 x 1-bedroom and 4 x 2-bedroom apartments. Designed with private open spaces, the development is ideally situated near local amenities, offering a balanced urban lifestyle.
Chermside apartments


These 18 units are accessible for people with varying mobility levels. The development is close to the Chermside shopping Centre, and backs onto parks and bikeways. It was completed in late 2019.
Upper Mount Gravatt apartments

This project provided 25 x 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom homes over 5 storeys, with car parking on the ground level.
Redcliffe apartments

This 2018 project included just 11 x 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units over 2 storeys. The development includes a lift, and is within walking distance of many amenities and services in Redcliffe.
Townsville Youth Foyer

The Youth Foyer, completed in 2018 is an integrated learning and accommodation model supporting young people aged 16-25 at risk of or, experiencing homelessness. Townsville Youth Foyer builds life skills and helps young people achieve their goals. Located in Pimlico, The Foyer provides forty, one-bedroom units, fully furnished for eligible participants for up to 24 months.
Logan apartments

Competed in 2019, this project delivers 18 one-bedroom homes withing two well-articulated, two-storey buildings. Designed to integrate into the surroundings, the development features varied facades with stepped forms and projections to create interest and a welcoming presence. Situated near the local hospital and amenities, this project is thoughtfully designed and conveniently located.
