Combustible cladding in government buildings

We have taken action on combustible cladding in our own buildings, with more than 99% of government buildings either undergoing rectification or already complete.

We expect to complete the rectification program by the end of 2027. Until then, we’ve implemented interim fire safety risk mitigation measures to ensure buildings are safe to occupy.

To provide visibility of our cladding assessment process, we’ve listed government-owned sites with affected buildings.

We remove sites from the list when a specialist fire safety engineer is satisfied that rectification works have been completed on all affected buildings.
