Housing strategy

Everyone deserves a safe, secure place to call home.

The Queensland Government’s Securing our Housing Foundations plan maps out a clear path to the housing we need for Queensland’s future.  This includes the commitment to delivering 1 million new homes, including 53,500 social and community homes, by 2044.

Human Services Quality Framework

The Human Services Quality Framework (HSQF) is a system for assessing and promoting improvement in the quality of human services.

    • Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG)
    • Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts (DTATSIPCA)
    • Queensland Health (QH)
  • organisations funded to deliver child protection placement services in-scope of licensing under an Individualised Placement and Support Agreement (IPSA) with DCYJMA
  • organisations funded by Queensland Health that have been advised by Queensland Health that they can use HSQF to meet quality requirements.

The HSQF is administered by the Department of Child Safety, Seniors and Disability Services (DCSSDS) for participating Queensland Government departments.
