An updated version of the Queensland Government Building Policy Framework (PDF, 729.96 KB) (framework) has been released to align with the Queensland Procurement Policy 2026.
The framework provides overarching guidance for the strategic and operational management of the Queensland Government’s building construction and maintenance projects. The framework applies to all building construction and maintenance projects and programs.
