Viewing video files
To hear our video material, you will need a sound card, speakers or headphones for your computer. You might also need to install software that will enable you to play the audio.
The Department of Housing uses the Windows Media player to deliver audio content. This player can be downloaded free-of-charge from the 
Windows Media website.
Wherever possible, text transcripts of video files are included alongside the video.
