What should I do now that I am moving?

If you are currently renting, you must notify your current lessor (landlord) or agent. You should read the Form 17a - Information Statement which is available from your nearest Housing Services office or agent to see what your rights and responsibilities are in this matter. Alternatively, you can contact the External link Residential Tenancies Authority toll-free on 1300 366 311.

Tell everyone who needs to know that you have moved to a new address.

Tick this checklist as you go or download and print the PDF Moving in checklist (51Kb).
