The Welcome to your home kit is a handy reference guide containing information on policies and procedures that affect tenants and their homes.
A newsletter is also sent to tenants approximately every six months. The newsletter contains news from the department and other articles that may be of interest to tenants.
Fact sheets and forms are available for further information to help tenants during their tenancy with the department.
