Procedures
Service Provider Procedures (SPPR01) (172Kb) gives service provider staff information to assist them to allocate long-term and affordable housing vacancies to applicants referred by the department from the combined waitlist. This is to be done in accordance with the allocations policies for the Long Term Community Housing Program and Affordable housing Providers.
Brisbane Housing Company Procedures (SPPR02) (61Kb) provides Brisbane Housing Company (BHC) staff with information to assist them to allocate their affordable housing vacancies to applicants referred by the department from the combined waitlist. This is to be done in accordance with the
Allocations Policy for Affordable housing Providers (74Kb).
