Rural NGO Workforce Access to Education and Training Initiative
Free Workforce Planning Workshops are being held in various locations across the state in coming weeks. These workshops are part of the Rural Non Government Organisations Workforce Access to Education and Training Initiative, specifically targeting rural and remote non-government organisations that deliver services to rural and remote communities, as outlined in the Blueprint for the Bush strategy. This initiative aims to improve the workforce capacity of rural and remote community organisations by facilitating access to education and training for staff and volunteers.
Workshops will include:
- a session on 'how to conduct a workforce planning process'
- workbooks and templates to assist your organisation to complete its workforce planning, and
- networking opportunities with workers from other organisations.
