Home Access information
Homes with access features were identified as part of a Brisbane trial launched by the department and the 
Real Estate Institute of Queensland in June 2007. The trial ran until August 2008 and the department is undertaking an evaluation to assess whether the project should be extended.
During this evaluation stage, several Brisbane based real estate agents will continue to promote homes they have for sale and rent that have access features. Find a home with access features by looking for the words access features where homes for sale or rent are promoted.
