Strategic Plans
Over the next five years, the department will expand the supply of social housing, better target services to those in greatest need, improve the coordination of social housing services and assist low to moderate income households to access or maintain private rental accommodation or home ownership.
The 2008-2013 Strategic Plan maintains the department's strategic direction, builds on recent achievements and guides the way the department will continue to improve people's lives through housing and community renewal.
