The Department of Housing is committed to providing an ethical and professional public service to all its clients and members of the public in accordance with the Queensland Public Service Charter.

Ethical conduct means that Department of Housing staff must act with honesty, integrity, fairness and diligence in all their interactions with clients and members of the public.

There is an expectation that clients and members of the public who have dealings with the department will demonstrate a similarly high level of ethical conduct.

The ethical behaviour expected by the department is detailed in the PDF Dealing ethically with the Department of Housing (207Kb) brochure.
