- Government Purchasing (including electronic procurement and the State Purchasing Advisory Council)
- Professional Practices and Registration of Professional Engineers and Architects

Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA)
- Providing services to tenants, lessors and agents in Queensland by handling rental bonds services, information and education, disputes and compliance
- Explaining the rights and responsibilities of parties in regard to accommodation provided
Building Services Authority (BSA)
- Regulating the building industry:
- To ensure the maintenance of proper standards in the industry; and
- To achieve a reasonable balance between the interests of building contractors and consumers
- Providing remedies for defective building work
- Providing for the efficient resolution of building disputes
- Providing support, education and advice for consumers and those who undertake building work
