Bruce Fleming, Executive Director Service Delivery Reform Unit.
The Service Delivery Reform Unit is responsible for developing the department’s forward service delivery strategy in the short, medium and long term, to improve the way we deliver services to our clients under one social housing system.
The unit will consider:
- future service delivery options
- technologies to support future service delivery options, and
- future workforce skill mix, staff development and working arrangements to support service delivery.
In the context of the work of the Service Delivery Reform Unit:
- service delivery refers to the methods used to deliver the products and services provided to clients under one social housing system through:
- the department
- organisations that have been or are funded by the department, and
- other Government agencies such as QBuild, the Queensland Government Agent Program and Smart Service Queensland.
- clients are members of the general public, rather than other agencies or organisations.
